Wall panelling sheets to your home creates a dramatic look that you cannot achieve with color. When choosing the right colors and deciding on a tile pattern, it’s simply a matter of hanging these tiles on the walls. Patterns can be as simple as a large rectangle on the wall or be more complicated and involve the addition of different colors or tiles. To make wall tiles, all you need is a free weekend for the project and the right tools.
Wipe the wall with a dry cloth; remove any debris or dust that may interfere with kakellim. Place the tile on the floor directly under the wall panelling sheets or near the wall where you’re working. Arrange the tiles in the exact pattern you intend to use on the wall. Place morsel directly into the fixture and spread it together a wall area. Use the straight edge or on the side of the flap to spread an even layer of adhesive. Work in small areas at a time to keep the glue dry out.
Turn the flap over and hold it at a 45 degree angle. Run filler over kakelfix, using combed or hack the side. The scored side smooth’s out the glue and creates an even height on the glue that keeps an area from looking higher. Place a tray against a corner of the room where you spread the glue. Press the plate against the glue and gently twist it once before pushing it down. Repeat the process wall panelling sheets with other tiles, twist each before pushing it into the glue.
